Participation in the ValentineMe.com Programme
The ValentineMe.com Programme is for the personal use of anyone age thirteen (13) years or older living in Canada or the USA. Residents of other countries may be able to register in the ValentineMe.com Programme, but will not be able to participate fully. For example, you cannot win prizes and contests.
Communication Via Email – By joining the ValentineMe.com Programme you agree to allow ValentineMe.com and the parent company Couch Interactive Inc. to communicate with you via email regarding future programmes, Polls and prize redemption. Intellectual Property

If you have ideas and/or suggestions regarding improvements or additions, we would like to hear them but any submission will be subject to these terms. ValentineMe.com does not make any warranty that the ValentineMe.com Website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating properties. ValentineMe.com does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the ValentineMe.com website.
Indemnity and Waiver

Assignment
ValentineMe.com may assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. If ValentineMe.com exercises this right it shall name the assignee or subcontractor on the main screen of the ValentineMe.com website and you will be entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately. You acknowledge that you may not without the prior written consent of ValentineMe.com assign or dispose of your obligations under this Agreement whether in part or in whole.
Term and Termination
Termination of the Programme – ValentineMe.com may terminate the ValentineMe.com Programme at any time, however ValentineMe.com will not be held responsible for failing to notify any Member regardless of the reasons.
Account Termination by ValentineMe.com for Cause – Any default to comply with this Agreement, fraud or abuse of the ValentineMe.com website or ValentineMe.com Programme or any reason deemed appropriate by ValentineMe.com at its sole discretion will result in the immediate termination of that Member's Account data and total forfeiture of any prizes or claims accrued at ValentineMe.com sole discretion.
Modifications to ValentineMe.com Website
ValentineMe.com may modify or discontinue the ValentineMe.com website and/or the ValentineMe.com Programme (or a part thereof) with or without notice. ValentineMe.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the ValentineMe.com website or ValentineMe.com Programme.
General Provisions
Notices – All notices given by ValentineMe.com to you will be delivered by e-mail.
Entire Agreement – This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and ValentineMe.com and supersedes any prior agreements, arrangements, statements and understandings between ValentineMe.com and you.
Waiver – A waiver by ValentineMe.com of any breach by any Member of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Agreement or the acquiescence of ValentineMe.com to any act (whether of commission or omission) which but for such acquiescence would be a breach as aforesaid shall not constitute a general waiver of such term, provision or condition or of any subsequent act contrary thereto.
No Partnership/Joint Venture – Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as forming a partnership or joint venture with Members and no third party company will have the right or ability to create any obligation on ValentineMe.com 's behalf.
Governing Law – This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable herein and the Member consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts in all matters regarding it.
Language – The parties have required that this Agreement and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English. Les parties ont demandé que cette convention ainsi que tous les documents qui s’y rattachent soient rédigés en anglais.
Invalidity – If at any time any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
iPad Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
The ValentineMe Apple iPad2 Giveaway (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and the Provinces of Canada except Quebec, over the age of 18 with access to the Internet at all times during the Contest and subsequent prize-award period. Contest is open to all ValentineMe website users, except for Couch&Associates employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the prize offered in this competition. Couch & Asssociates Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 6:01 p.m. EST on February 6, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on February 23, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Sweepstakes Entry Instructions:
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit a survey submission to enter the draw online at http://www.valentineme.com/?ElqPURLPage=183&Step=Terms Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.
Selection of Sweepstakes Winners/Odds:
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on February 23, 2011. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Content Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner's entry on Febraury 29, 2011. The drawing will be conducted by Couch & Associates in the presence of a witness, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Couch & Associates may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.
